Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as each TEKRA™ product is carefully inspected and prepared before shipment.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier performance, customs clearance, and seasonal demand.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside our control.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and destination.

From time to time, free standard shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly displayed on our website when available.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. Tracking updates may appear limited while the package is in transit between facilities.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

TEKRA™ is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance processes.


Shipping Delays & Limitations

TEKRA™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions or delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.

We may request photos and order details to assist with our investigation. Once verified, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue appropriately.


Address Changes & Corrections

If you need to update or correct your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
