Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging

After review, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs where applicable.


Return Process

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.

  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are used, altered, damaged after delivery, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

  • Final sale, promotional, or clearance items may be non-returnable. This will be clearly stated at checkout where applicable.


Order Cancellations
